Privacy Policy

“شركة تجريبية” is an internal system for شركة تجريبية Swimming Pools staff to manage quotes, contracts, maintenance visits and project follow-up. It is not a public app: it can only be used with an account approved by one of the company's managers. The account request page does not create an account by itself — it sends a request that is either approved or rejected.

The app is a shell that opens the same website, so everything stated here applies to both equally.

• Account data — Name, email and role — to sign in and to determine what each employee is allowed to see.
• Work data — The company's clients and their contracts, visits and prices. Employees enter it while working; it is the company's data about its clients.
• Location — The technician's position during a work trip (details below).
• Photos and videos — Documenting the pool's condition before and after a visit.

The technician's position is read so the office knows how far along the route they are, and to estimate their arrival at the next client. It has four limits:

• No location ping is read until the technician taps “Start trip” themselves.
• None is read after their working day ends.
• Pings are recorded only from a registered team member.
• They are permanently deleted after seven days.

The phone asks for permission before the first reading, and declining does not block the rest of the work. No one's location is tracked while the app is closed.

The camera opens inside the page to document the visit — live capture only; the phone's photo gallery is never opened. The microphone opens only while recording a video, so the technician can explain the problem in their own voice; it does not open when taking a photo.

Whatever is captured is uploaded to the company's storage, linked to the visit, and used for nothing else.

• We do not sell or rent data to anyone.
• No ads in the app, no ad networks, and no advertising tracking identifiers.
• We do not collect the phone's contacts, messages or files.
• App data is not included in the device backup — backup is deliberately disabled in the app, so an employee's session never leaves with their phone's backup.

It is shared only with service providers that run the system on the company's behalf, and only as far as running it requires: website hosting, the database, sending visit reports to clients via WhatsApp, and payment processing when a contract is paid. Each has its own policy.

The company may disclose whatever a law or court order in the State of Kuwait requires of it.

Work data is kept while the contract is in force and for as long as accounting records require afterwards. Location pings are kept for seven days, no longer. All connections to the system are encrypted, passwords are stored hashed rather than as plain text, and backups are encrypted with a key kept outside the repository.

Accounts are created and closed by the company. Anyone who wishes to view or correct the data about them, or to delete their account, may ask the company's management at the address below and will receive a reply within a reasonable time.
